COVID-19 Update

Home / COVID-19 Update

We have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are following guidelines from the World Health Organisation and respective local health agencies where we have operations. We are committed to assure that the safety and well-being of our guests and colleagues are of paramount importance to us.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness:

As part of our ongoing effort to minimise the spread of infection and to safeguard the safety and health of our guests and colleagues, our hotels have taken a series of precautionary measures including:

  • Infrared thermometer

Infrared thermometer is placed at the hotel lobby to monitor the body temperature of the guests upon entering the hotel entrance.

  • New technologies

We are rolling out enhanced technologies to minimize the human contact and touching point in the guest experience upon check-in.

  • Public Areas

Frequent sanitization of high-contact points, we are going above and beyond our normal protocols. We are cleaning surfaces with increased frequency with our trained team.

  • Hand Sanitizer

Hand sanitizing stations are being installed at public areas such as hotel entrances, front desks, corridor, elevators.

  • Social Distancing

Signage in public spaces will remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We are placing floor stickers to wait until the person in front has moved forward.

  • Guest Room

In guest room, we have elevated our rigorous protocols in cleaning and sanitized all surfaces with hospitality-grade disinfectants.
